Wash your hands

Wash your hands often!

Stay home when you are sick. Anyone with symptoms consistent with COVID 19 should remain at home in isolation for a minimum of 14 days.

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Sing the Happy Birthday song twice to help know when it has been 20 seconds.

If soap and water are not available, use alcohol-based hand sanitizers that contain at least 60% alcohol and make sure you cover the front and back of your hands and rub them until they feel dry.

Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue, and then dispose of the tissue and clean your hands immediately. If you do not have a tissue, use your sleeve by coughing or sneezing into your elbow, not your hands, to cover your mouth or nose.

Limit close contact with people who are sick, and avoid sharing food, drinks, or utensils.

Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipes.

All students and staff should wear a mask or face covering when we return to school.

COVID and School Updates

Update as of 3/11/21

All Dohn Campuses are in person learning as of Tuesday, January 19, 2021 and we continue to instill safety protocols at all of our locations.

When buildings are closed due to a positive COVID testing, students learn remotely and staff works from home.

Students, as always, connect with your counselors – they are here for you!

Dohn’s COVID Protocol:
When a student or staff member at a campus has tested positive for COVID-19 that location is closed. Due to federal health privacy laws, information regarding the person’s identity cannot be released.

As an immediate response to protect the health and safety of everyone, the campus(s) is closed for 14 days to “deep clean” all areas including classrooms, hallways, offices, doorknobs, workspaces, rest rooms, lunch rooms and any other common areas.

If you, or someone in your household, exhibits COVID-19 related symptoms, please notify our HR department by emailing so we can track any potential outbreaks within our school. All such personal information will be maintained confidentially.

We will promptly notify you if we identify any additional students or staff with confirmed COVID-19. Additionally, someone from the Cincinnati Health Department may reach out to you with recommendations.

All of us at Dohn understand that this is a serious situation and might be frightening. Additional information about coping with stress can be found on the CDC website:

We encourage you to contact us with questions and concerns by emailing us at or by calling us at 513.462.4738 between the hours of 8:00am and 12:00pm Monday – Thursday.

These are trying times for us all, and we are here for you.
