School Dedication

11/15/2004 Renovation Completed

We finally made it! It took us three years to move 10 yards, but the struggle was worth it. By now your children have told you how the old “McMillan Center” has been transformed. We invite you to see the new classrooms, science lab, and facilities for yourself.

Julie Glassmeyer the project manager with Messer Construction helped us celebrate by providing cake and milk for all the staff and students on our first day in the new building. We think she has done terrific job of managing all the construction projects while we continued to hold class in the Annex building across the courtyard. We also owe a big “Thank You” to our teachers and the architectural firm Steed Hammond and Paul for designing classrooms that are spacious, attractive and designed to promote both computer base learning and teacher directed instruction. Thank You also goes to Mr. Grant Hesser our project manager who promised to have the building ready before December and he delivered.

We hope you can attend the School Dedication on April 18th, 2005.
